Senior Project Manager

CyncHealth is a statewide Health Information Exchange (HIE) designed to share clinical and administrative data among providers in Nebraska and neighboring states. Responsibilities Coordinate projects with internal and external clients, ensuring alignment with project deadlines and objectives. Work with the project management team to organize tasks and direct projects as per leadership requirements. Complete complex assignments to resolve issues with consistency, urgency, and accuracy. Facilitate requirements gathering and scoping; maintain visibility of project status and communicate with stakeholders. Identify emergent risks and resolve or elevate them in alignment with team expectations. Support Waterfall/Agile/Scrum/ITSM/ITIL and Continuous Improvement frameworks. Consult and advise staff on applying project management best practices to achieve goals and schedule meetings. Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, providing professional and proactive communication. Protect assets, security, integrity, and privacy of information entrusted to the organization. Hybrid position – remote work allowed two days per week; work from office in La Vista, NE three days per week. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a closely‑related field. At least three years of experience in professional project management or closely related fields, including one year working with multiple project teams. Background working with Agile and Waterfall project management implementation models; familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Project. Negotiation and facilitation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr CyncHealth
