Location: Ocala

Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Available Shifts

• Mixed Shift (Rotating Weekends)
• Night Shift (Rotating Weekends)

Shift Differentials

• Night Differential: $4.25/hr
• Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $32.00 - $45.90/hr (Based on Experience)
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Days)
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Nights)
• Relocation Assistance Available (Case-by-Case)

Position Overview

Join a leading Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse. This role offers the opportunity to care for patients across the full spectrum of emergency medicine—from minor injuries to critically ill trauma and stroke patients—within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages presenting to the Emergency Department.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
• Prioritize and manage multiple patient cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide emergency interventions and ongoing patient monitoring.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with patient safety standards.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered emergency care.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Florida RN License or Multistate Compact RN License.
• Minimum 1 year recent Acute Care experience in:
• • Emergency Department (ED)
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
  • Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
  • Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire.
