Respiratory Therapy SupervisorSouth Lincoln Medical in Kemmerer is looking for a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced RT who enjoys being hands-on clinically and helping lead a small, close-knit department.You'll still be doing what you love — respiratory care — while also helping guide the department day-to-day. That includes:Providing respiratory care for patients across all age groupsSupervising and supporting RT staffHelping train and onboard new RTsOverseeing equipment, supplies, and department workflowVent management, oxygen delivery, treatments, ABGs, EKGsParticipating in quality improvement and department initiativesTaking call on a rotating basis to keep things coveredIt's a leadership role, but you stay involved clinically.They're looking for:Current Wyoming CRTT or RRT licenseBLS, ACLS, and PALSComfortable working independently in a rural settingStrong communication and organization skillsCalm, patient-focused approach (even when things get busy)Team-first mindset with a positive attitudePrior leadership experience is helpful, but not required — they're open to RTs ready to step into that next level.Why this one's different:Small hospital, supportive team, real autonomyBroad scope of practice — no "just one task" daysLeadership that knows your name and values your inputStable role with long-term potentialPay & benefits:Up to $50/hour, depending on experienceFull benefits package availableRelocation conversations welcome
