Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and functional activities to patients under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Communicate patient status and any changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic techniques

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
