We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient Urology team in beautiful Wilmington. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced physicians and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, patient-focused environment while enjoying the lifestyle that makes coastal North Carolina such a special place to live and work.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient Urology practice
• MondayFriday schedule
• Work closely with experienced Urologists and clinical support staff
• Evaluate and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
• Opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships and continuity of care
• Procedures and specialty interests welcomed based on experience and training

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Diagnose and manage common urologic conditions
• Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing and imaging
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Board certified or board eligible
• North Carolina license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in outpatient specialty care and patient-centered medicine
