We're looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist who is curious, customer-focused, and ready to learn. If you're the person friends and family call when their technology isn't working, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

Help employees solve everyday technology issues
Set up laptops, accounts, and equipment for new hires
Assist with employee offboarding and asset tracking
Support Microsoft 365, Windows devices, and basic networking needs
Participate in IT projects and technology rollouts
Help keep our systems secure and running smoothly

What We're Looking For

0-2 years of IT, help desk, internship, or customer service experience
Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus Points For

CompTIA A+ certification
Exposure to cloud technologies or cybersecurity
Experience with remote support tools
