We are looking for an experienced and dependable Line Cook with a strong sense of urgency to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food quality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can efficiently prepare menu items while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities / Responsabilidades
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and company standards. Preparar y cocinar platillos siguiendo recetas y estndares de la empresa.
Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies. Preparar y abastecer las estaciones de trabajo con los insumos necesarios.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are met. Asegurar la calidad, presentacin y porciones adecuadas de los alimentos.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment. Mantener limpias y organizadas las estaciones y el equipo de cocina.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service. Trabajar en equipo para asegurar un servicio rpido y eficiente.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Seguir todas las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.

RequirementsRequirements / Requisitos
Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred. Experiencia previa en cocina o como cocinero de lnea preferida.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente rpido y dinmico.
Strong communication and teamwork skills. Buenas habilidades de comunicacin y trabajo en equipo.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Responsable, puntual y trabajador.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Disponibilidad para trabajar noches, fines de semana y das festivos.
