Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS‑05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Applying knowledge of Federal, Navy, and other applicable Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program principles, concepts, and legal requirements to effectively train on program roles and responsibilities. Using conventional fact‑finding, analytical, and problem‑solving methods to research and analyze organizational demographic data for potential EEO barriers. Implementing knowledge of the serviced area's organizations, missions, workforce demographics, and internal employment factors (such as career ladder opportunities) to identify opportunities for affirmative action. Executing verbal and written communication methods to prepare reports, collaborate with personnel, assist with EEO training, prepare correspondence, and present information.
