License shall be full and unrestricted. Shall have a nationally accredited associate's degree or baccalaureate degree in nursing. Must have a minimum of 5 years Emergency Nursing experience. Previous management or supervisory experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement methodologies. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. Must have an active ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS and TNCC or CEN certificate.Working Conditions: The Emergency Nurse Manager will work primarily in a hospital setting, with frequent interaction with patients, families and healthcare professionals. This position may require working irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
