Job Description Summary The Program Manager provides strategic and operational support to the Office of the Dean, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of key functions and priorities. The role works closely with the Senior Associate Dean and Chief of Staff, supporting a broad range of initiatives and activities, delivering comprehensive support to senior leadership, and advancing the overall mission of the Office of the Dean and the Robert H. Smith School of Business. Physical Demand: Ability to lift ten pounds. Higher Education experience preferred. Licenses/certifications: N/A. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Experience: Five (5) years of professional program management experience. Additional: Up to four (4) years of the required education may be substituted on a year‑for‑year basis. Knowledge of business acumen, organizational communications, and data. Skill in oral and written communication. Skill in Microsoft Office products. Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion. Ability to develop and administer new policies and procedures. Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulations, and laws. Salary Range $73,812 - $88,574 Benefits Regular Exempt benefits apply.
