New hire will be exposed to different measuring tools and expected to learn how to use them to perform their daily job requirements. Examples are CMMS, Vision Machines and Optical Comparators. Position is 1st shift (Monday - Thursday), 6AM start Required Education, Experience, & SkillsRequires a High School / GED or Trade School education and 1 year of related experienceMust have knowledge and the ability to inspect using GD&TMust have knowledge and be familiar with inspection equipment (CMMs, height gages, optical CMMs and optical comparator)Must be able to review and verify documentation to drawing and purchase order specificationsPreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsExperience in mechanical inspection or related machining experienceSolid background / experience in mechanical inspection and drawing interpretation per ANSI.Y14.5PWB inspection experienceActive IPC 600, 610, 620 certificationAbility to inspect with hand tools ie. calipers and micrometersFamiliar with and able to inspect with a CMM, height gage, and optical CMMsPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $46680 - $74687 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
