Job Title: Hospice After Hours RN Location: Schaumburg, IL; Additional Locations: Lisle, IL; Northbrook, IL. Employee Type: Employee | Working Hours Per Week: 40 | Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM. Job Description At Residential Home Health and Hospice (‘Residential’), we’re looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team‑based environment, our After Hours Hospice Registered Nurses collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. This position supports patients in Schaumburg, Northbrook, Lisle, IL and surrounding areas, and is eligible for a $10,000 first‑year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year. Support patients in Schaumburg, Northbrook, Lisle, IL and surrounding areas. Perform duties on a schedule of Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM. Spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations. Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting. Self‑manage your time and schedule. Use tablets, mobile phones and EMR software to document care. Participate in comprehensive onboarding, mentorship and training programs. Qualifications RN license in the state you work. Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing. Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license. Demonstrated ability to self‑manage time and schedule. Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software. Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
