Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health status and specific needs, enabling comprehensive treatment planning. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, addressing their mental health concerns and facilitating their path to overall well-being. Provide personalized therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and solution-focused interventions aimed at promoting positive emotional and mental outcomes. Offer accessible teletherapy services, ensuring that clients can engage in therapy regardless of location, thus maintaining continuity of care through virtual interactions. Assist clients in crisis situations by offering immediate crisis intervention services, demonstrating empathy and a thorough understanding of mental health emergencies. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with mental health best practices and contribute to the ongoing improvement of services offered by Inner Peace Oasis. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. Our focus is on providing a personalized approach to therapy that respects each individual's journey and promotes their mental wellness. You will play a critical role in guiding clients through their healing process with compassion and professionalism. Qualifications A valid and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). Completion of a master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering authentic connections with clients and colleagues alike. Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to counseling, demonstrating empathy toward all clients in their therapeutic journeys. Ability to effectively manage caseloads and administrative tasks while showcasing exceptional organizational skills. A clean disciplinary record with the licensing board, reflecting a commitment to maintaining ethical standards in practice. Preferred Experience Experience working in a telehealth environment, with a deep understanding of virtual client engagement and therapy techniques. Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities, bringing a variety of approaches to meet the needs of clients. Previous experience in crisis intervention and management is a plus, enhancing the support offered during acute situations. Compensation and Benefits A competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience level.
