Project Coordinator

Position: Project Coordinator Location: Cranston, RI Duration: 2 Years plus Job Summary Support complex projects to improve accessibility of rural health care services for individuals with disabilities in Rhode Island. Assist with planning, policy development, program implementation, data analysis, and research activities. Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders (state agencies, healthcare providers, community organizations, advocates, etc.) to advance rural health and disability management initiatives. Facilitate community engagement and partnership with individuals with lived experience, especially in rural areas. Organize and lead meetings, presentations, and stakeholder forums. Conduct research and analyze data to inform program development and policy decisions. Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely completion of project tasks. Support objectives related to health and human services programs, focusing on home and community‑based services. Apply best practices in rural community engagement and health program administration.
