Pay Rate: $41.00/Hourly on W2.
Shifts: 6:00AM - 2:00 P.M. (4) / 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (2) Note: Sunday - Saturday - Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs.
Able to start any day during the week, given 5 days before start date for processing all pre-employment requirements. Department

Medical Services-Denton State Supported Living Center Submission Packets should include:
- Resume' or work experience
- Two complete references from two different places of employment by supervisor of the nurse
- A NURSYS report showing any licenses held (must be current)
- Skills checklist
- Shift preference (6/2 or 2/10)
- Provide care for patients - manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
- Perform computer data entry - Receive full training
- Licensed to practice Nursing in Texas (LVN)
- 1 year, but preferably 2+ years as a direct care nurse
- Competent in advanced skills such as gastrostomy tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, etc.
