Gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, service, and more. Whatever we do, we do it right. If you don't have it all, we can train but the mountain seems smaller if you:Have a working knowledge of all things residential HVAC with hands on experience including service and maintenance on gas/oil furnaces, gas/oil boilers, heat pumps, troubleshooting, etc.Are comfortable and confident dealing with customers, presenting options, collecting payment, and generally TCOB of all things.Are a good communicator and understand people.Aren't scared of the word "NO" unless referring to the advancement of your career and income.You can expect an average day to include:Driving your freshly washed company provided truck to the shopFilling your truck with whatever you need from our fully stocked warehouseOpening up your company provided iPad and iPhone to see your first money making opportunityArriving on time at the customer home and blowing their doors off with 6-star service that results in an incredible reviewGetting real-time coaching/support for whatever you need because you said you were coachableHaving parts/material delivered to you because you we need your head in the game not on the roadRecording notes for the next guy because you said you were about the teamCollecting payment from the customer cause if the company don't get paid, neither do you$100,000+ opportunity, support team that actually cares, paid training, health insurance (PPO), 401K (company matched), bonus opportunities, iPad/iPhone provided, uniforms provided, take-home truck provided, starting 2 weeks paid vacation, tool allowance.Words can only do so much to express something you have to feel.
