ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my agency in 1994 and am proud to be a second-generation State Farm agent. Insurance has always been a part of my life, and today that legacy continues with my son, who is also a State Farm agent. Over the years, I've built an agency focused on serving customers, supporting our community, and creating a positive environment for our team.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active as an Ironman triathlete, coaching youth sports, and serving as President of the YMCA Board of Directors. Giving back to the community and helping others succeed has always been important to me.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jeff Eaton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
