Crowned Flowers is seeking a creative, dependable, and organized Florist with strong floral design and leadership skills. This person will have to help establish our foundations as a growing floral company. Our primary specialty is sympathy and funeral flowers , while also serving birthdays, celebrations, and other special occasions. Responsibilities & Qualifications Create casket sprays, standing sprays, wreaths, hearts, crosses, bouquets, and other floral arrangements. Experience with sympathy/funeral floral design strongly preferred . Maintain and track flower, supply, and product inventory . Assist with ordering flowers and supplies and minimizing waste. Provide administrative support , including organizing orders and maintaining accurate order information. Help coordinate workflow and ensure orders are completed correctly and on time. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to help guide other team members. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Compassionate and professional when handling sensitive funeral orders. Able to work independently and collaboratively. Applicants should provide photos or a portfolio of their floral work.
