Our client, a growing leader in the hardscape and landscape solutions industry, is looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to their team covering Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. This is a great opportunity to join a family-owned company with over 30 years of success, strong tenure, and continued growth. If you’re a driven hunter who enjoys building new business while managing a territory, this role offers the chance to make a direct impact in a relationship-driven, hands-on sales environment.
HIGHLIGHTS:
• Base salary + uncapped commission (Top Reps $200K+)
• $900/month auto allowance + $60/month internet stipend

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years B2B outside/territory sales experience required
• Must have true outside sales experience
• Experience managing a high-volume territory
• Comfortable with face-to-face, relationship-driven sales
• Wholesale/distribution experience strongly preferred
• Must be based in/near the Southern Maryland/Northern Virginia area
