Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced emergency room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have recent ER experience and hold current certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency nursing care to patients with acute illnesses and trauma.
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize treatments, and coordinate with healthcare team members.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Follow protocols for patient safety, infection control, and emergency response.
• Float between units as needed, adapting to varied clinical settings.
• Comply with all travel and certification requirements prior to assignment.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years recent ER nursing experience.
• Hold valid and current state licensure or a compact license.
• Maintain current certifications: BLS, TNCC, ACLS, PALS—no exceptions.
• Demonstrate the ability to work night shifts (3x12-hour shifts).
• Show compliance with travel policies and background requirements.
• Be prepared to provide references and certifications upon request.
