Department: Digital and Enterprise Technology Location: New York, NY About Us Effy Jewelry is a family-owned luxury brand with over 40 years of expertise in fine jewelry design, manufacturing, and retail. Known for vibrant gemstones, bold designs, and exceptional craftsmanship, Effy has built a global presence with collections featured in more than 150 boutiques across premier land-based locations and cruise ships worldwide. With a strong foundation in quality, innovation, and customer experience, Effy continues to evolve while staying true to its heritage as a privately owned business. Our teams operate at the intersection of luxury retail and global travel, delivering a personalized and elevated shopping experience to customers around the world. Job Overview As a Digital Project Manager within Effy Jewelry's Digital & Enterprise Technology team, you will serve as the central coordinator and execution driver for a portfolio of initiatives spanning customer-facing digital products, enterprise systems, data, and operational technology. You will work closely with business stakeholders, software vendors, developers, data teams, designers, and leadership to create structure, maintain momentum, and ensure that owners, deadlines, dependencies, risks, and next steps remain clear. This is a highly collaborative individual contributor role centered on project execution, stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, vendor coordination, and roadmap management. You will not be expected to be a software engineer or systems architect; however, you should be comfortable working across digital and enterprise systems with an ability to understand technical concepts well enough to ask the right questions, identify blockers, and bring together the appropriate people to resolve them. This role requires being onsite five days a week at our NYC headquarters. Key Responsibilities Own the day-to-day planning, prioritization, and execution of approximately 10–12 concurrent initiatives across the Digital & Enterprise Technology portfolio, maintaining clear visibility into priorities, owners, timelines, dependencies, risks, status, and next steps while contributing to roadmap planning, portfolio prioritization, and consistent project governance. Drive cross-functional delivery across a varied portfolio that may include CRM, ERP and business systems, customer loyalty, e-commerce, web and mobile experiences, digital invoicing, data platforms, API integrations, and post-purchase customer experiences. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action-item trackers, decision logs, risk and dependency registers, status reports, and other project documentation; lead recurring meetings, document decisions and action items, assign owners and deadlines, and follow up persistently to maintain momentum. Serve as the primary liaison among business stakeholders, technology teams, software vendors, and external partners, ensuring alignment on objectives, scope, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables while facilitating clear communication and decision-making across technical and non-technical audiences. Gather and analyze business needs, translate them into clear business and functional requirements and actionable project plans, and coordinate with technical specialists and vendors to define the necessary technical details. Monitor progress against milestones and proactively identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and stalled work; exercise independent judgment to engage the right people, recommend practical solutions, unblock progress, and elevate critical issues or decisions early and appropriately. Build productive working relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority, holding internal stakeholders and vendors accountable in a diplomatic, confident, and constructive manner. Partner with development, data, design, and business teams to coordinate application enhancements, integrations, data migrations, user acceptance testing, releases, and deployment activities where applicable. Coordinate the resolution of system issues, operational blockers, and feature requests across core company systems and digital platforms, ensuring the appropriate subject-matter experts are engaged and next steps are clearly owned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management Information Systems, Digital Product or Operations, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience will also be considered. 3–4 years of experience in digital project management, project coordination, digital product operations, business systems implementation, or another execution-focused role involving cross-functional delivery. Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, ownership-oriented working style, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, maintain strong attention to detail, resolve ambiguity, surface risks early, and drive on-time delivery without requiring step-by-step direction. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the confidence to build trust, lead meetings, tailor communication to technical and non-technical audiences, influence cross-functional teams, and hold stakeholders accountable while maintaining positive working relationships. Working fluency with digital products and enterprise systems, including the ability to understand concepts such as integrations, APIs, data migrations, CRM, ERP, databases, user acceptance testing, and software releases. Coding or deep systems-architecture expertise is not required Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting one or more customer-facing or enterprise platforms, such as CRM, ERP, loyalty, e-commerce, web or mobile applications, data platforms, API integrations, or other software implementation initiatives. Working familiarity with Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, UAT and release processes, and project-management or collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms. Experience supporting digital initiatives within retail, e-commerce, luxury goods, travel retail, consumer products, or another customer-focused environment. Salary Range $90,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S. at the time of application and throughout employment; we are not able to sponsor visas. Effy Jewelry is committed to diversity in its workplace and is proud to offer equal employment opportunities to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic in the location in which the candidate is applying.
