• Shift: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM2:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the Consumer Relations North America Hygiene Business Unit
• Handle inbound consumer communications via phone and email
• Respond to general inquiries and provide administrative and fulfillment support
• Process letters, packages, and documentation accurately and efficiently
• Review reports and data to ensure accuracy across workflows
• Support daily operational tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to think strategically and look beyond immediate tasks to optimize outcomes
• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with data, reports, CRM systems, and handling administrative duties
• Ability to manage both repetitive tasks and evolving responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with user-generated content platforms (Bazaarvoice, Sprinklr) or Amazon Vendor Central is a plus
