Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced printing and manufacturing facility operating sophisticated digital printing equipment. The role involves standing and walking throughout the shift, with exposure to production noise and moving machinery in a climate-controlled environment. Join a team-oriented culture that emphasizes close collaboration between production, quality, and maintenance teams. Opportunities for overtime are available based on production demand.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate HP Indigo digital presses according to job ticket and product specifications.
- Load materials, inks, and consumables; run print jobs as scheduled.
- Monitor print runs for color accuracy, registration, and consistency; perform quality checks before releasing the product.
- Perform daily and scheduled maintenance to keep the press running efficiently and minimize downtime.
- Identify and resolve minor technical issues; make adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate logs of time, materials, and maintenance activities.
- Experience in printing, machine operation, and digital press operations.
- Knowledge of HP Indigo and flexographic printing.
- Printing Certification is required.
- Experience with color management and print quality control.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on presses.
- Familiarity with various substrates and their printing requirements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
