As the first point of contact for our agency, you will help create a positive experience for every client while supporting the daily operations of our office. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and answer a multi-line phone system in a professional, friendly manner.
• Manage multiple priorities while demonstrating strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Build positive relationships with clients by serving as a trusted point of contact.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with policy changes, payments, and claims support.
• Communicate effectively with clients, mortgage companies, banks, auto dealerships, and other business partners.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information using agency software.
• Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong typing skills with a focus on proofreading and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn agency software.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to accept feedback, adapt to change, and remain composed under pressure.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to ethical business practices.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
