Overview Melaleuca Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Recruiting Coordinator for an immediate opening to join our fast-growing organization in Kansas City, MO. The role reports to the Senior HR Manager and focuses on hourly recruiting at the distribution center, working closely with hiring managers and supporting the HR team. Responsibilities Screens and reviews applications and resumes, selects appropriate applicants for interviews, conducts interviews, schedules interviews with managers, recommends hiring, and makes job offers Develops and implements programs and operating practices for the recruiting process in accordance with applicable law and company policies Coordinates recruiting functions, including planning with management, scheduling interviews, background and reference checks, and job offers Coordinates with hiring managers and all departments regarding employment needs Contributes to the creation and implementation of recruitment plans, including source cultivation and advertisement placement Conducts job analysis to identify requirements and ensure quality candidates for each position Assists with internal and external career fairs as needed Performs special projects by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and recommending courses of action Supports the HR team in planning, coordination, and management of team member events such as annual meetings, company picnics, and holiday parties Works closely with the manufacturing and distribution center Senior HR Manager to improve employee-manager relationships, build morale, and increase productivity Qualifications One or more years of progressive HR experience; experience in hourly recruiting for a distribution center or manufacturing setting preferred Working knowledge of federal and Missouri labor and wage laws Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to all audiences Ability to be a trusted advisor and advocate for all team members while supporting the company’s objectives Collaborative approach and willingness to engage in an environment of active idea sharing Ability to produce consistent quality under deadline pressure while paying careful attention to detail Self-motivation and strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to handle confidential information Benefits Great starting pay Longevity bonus: $5,000 after 5 years, $10,000 after 10 years, $15,000 after 15 years, etc. Profit sharing after 6 months of full-time employment – quarterly payments based on longevity, pay rate, and company profitability Performance-based pay reviews at 6 months and 18 months, then annually Monthly voucher equal to $100/month value – $1,200/year toward free company products Company-sponsored team member appreciation events Medical, dental, vision 401(k) Flexible Spending Account Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability insurance Paid time off (vacation) and paid holidays Critical illness and accident insurance Pet insurance, tobacco-free workplace Direct deposit, fitness center, and more #J-18808-Ljbffr Melaleuca: The Wellness Company
