• Assist mechanics with routine maintenance and repair work.
• Gather, organize, and return tools, parts, and equipment needed for repairs.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance, including lubrication, fluid checks, and filter replacement.
• Clean and prepare vehicles, equipment, and work areas before and after repairs.
• Load, unload, and transport parts and materials as needed.
• Remove and install basic components under the direction of a mechanic.
• Inspect equipment and report visible damage or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain inventory of commonly used shop supplies.
• Follow all company safety policies and applicable OSHA regulations.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist mechanics with additional shop duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous mechanical, automotive, industrial, or construction experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Shifts: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm Duration: Temp-Perm
