Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) RN position available in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves rotating shifts including 07:00-15:30 and 07:00-19:30, with a focus on surgical procedures and perioperative care. The assignment commences on August 3, 2026, and is scheduled for 13 weeks, providing an excellent opportunity for experienced OR nurses to contribute to a busy surgical unit.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, rotating 2x8 & 2x12 shifts (07:00-15:30 / 07:00-19:30), 40 hours per week minimum
• Required Qualifications: Active RN license in Maryland or valid Compact license, BLS certification, 2 years of OR experience, circulating and scrub experience within the specialty
• Preferred Qualifications: CNOR certification, trauma level II experience, community hospital experience, and experience with Epic charting system
• Float: Float within perioperative and specialty units as needed, including pre-op and PACU
• Additional Information: The role requires on-call coverage of 36 hours per 6-week cycle, one weekend per month minimum, and scheduled holidays as they fall. Candidates must be comfortable with multiple surgical procedures listed in the skills section, including minimally invasive surgeries, trauma, and complex orthopedic cases.
• Submittals: Must be able to present required compliance documentation within 5 days prior to start. Applicants must go in for labs within 72 hours of signing the contract.
