Salary: $147,000 - 187,000 per year Requirements:

• We want a strong engineering background, ideally in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
• We need a strong coder with demonstrated proficiency in languages such as Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• We require an active US security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
• We value confidence in independently troubleshooting complex system issues using observability tools and service logs.

• We handle support and operations for Palantir software, including monitoring, alerting, configuration management, and upgrades.
• We deploy new Palantir products across multiple production environments and carry out migrations to newer infrastructure types.
• We debug, enhance, and optimize our services and infrastructure with a focus on long-term reliability and scalability.
• We reduce manual work by automating workflows, processes, and runbooks wherever possible.
• We provide technical troubleshooting for production incidents, aiming for fast resolution and minimal operational disruption.
• We participate in an on-call support schedule.
• We develop inventive solutions in our Foundry and Apollo platforms to solve infrastructure challenges.
• We work closely with forward deployed and product teams on practical, scalable system design and production issue prevention.
