Director, Total Rewards & AI-Driven HRIS Transformation

Nexthink is looking for a Director-level professional to lead its Total Rewards function, shape compensation frameworks, and oversee HR technology. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and requires strong Workday expertise and experience in managing compensation cycles.
