Role Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver postsecondary vocational training content integrated with AI-driven industry knowledge
• Create structured instructional materials aligned with workforce-ready skills
• Assess adult learner progress and refine instructional approaches
• Incorporate AI concepts into career and technical education curricula
• Provide feedback to improve AI systems using real-world teaching insights
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and alignment

Requirements

• Experience teaching Career & Technical Education at the postsecondary or adult education level
• Strong curriculum development and instructional design skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfort integrating AI concepts into vocational training
• Ability to manage virtual classrooms and work independently in a remote environment
• Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset
