Substitute Bus Driver

Job Title

The Washington Unified School District is seeking qualified candidates for a position that requires specific qualifications and certifications.

Requirements / Qualifications

To be considered, applicants must submit the following:

• DMV printout
• Driver's license cover letter
• Resume
• Three current letters of recommendation
• Three professional references with full name, phone number, and email address
• CPR/First Aide Certification

Additionally, candidates must possess:

• An appropriate California operator's license issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles
• PS Endorsement
• CHP permit to operate a school bus
• An acceptable driving record for coverage under District vehicle insurance programs
• First aid qualifications comparable to the standard American Red Cross first aid certificate
