Large Loss Adjuster (Fully Remote)

Manage and investigate large loss and high-exposure homeowner claims, including litigated files. Verify coverage, interpret policy language, and determine liability and scope of damages. Investigation & Damage Assessment: Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate damages and determine loss exposure. Use Xactimate to prepare large loss and total loss estimates; Level 3 certification encouraged. Negotiate settlements with insureds, attorneys, and public adjusters. Manage period of restoration for ALE and Loss of Rent claims. Qualifications & Experience: 5–7 years of dwelling estimating experience preferred; proven handling of losses $50,000+.
