Housing Stability Navigator — ICMS
Los Angeles LGBT Center
The Los Angeles LGBT Center is seeking a Housing Stabilization Specialist I for the Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) program in Los Angeles. Under supervision, you will assist clients with housing, medical, mental health, and supportive services to move into and maintain permanent housing. You will conduct intake assessments, develop quarterly care plans, and coordinate with internal and external providers, including DPSS, Medi-Cal, and Social Security, ensuring care quality and #J-18808-Ljbffr Los Angeles LGBT Center
