Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions concentrating on communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing enhancement.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to devise integrative care methods.

Educate patients and their families to support ongoing progress beyond the therapy room.

Occasionally engage in inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless care throughout the recovery process.

Maintain precise and prompt documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Remain abreast of the latest advancements in the field through continuous education and collaborative practice.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a designated Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those not yet ASHA-certified.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-driven treatment modalities across all age groups with a solid grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing impairments.

Outstanding communication skills to engage effectively with patients, family members, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
