RN Patient Care Manager - Hospice We are seeking an RN Patient Care Manager for our Hospice team at CHRISTUS Hospice – Central Texas in San Marcos, TX. The role supports patient care activities, ensuring safe and efficient delivery in accordance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Assist Executive Administrator/Executive Director/Director of Clinical Operations with all patient care activities to ensure delivery of safe and efficient patient care that adheres to relevant standards. Ensure compliance with hospice policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulatory requirements governing the practice of the assigned team. Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to provide exceptional care. Ensure all staff are oriented and supported to be successful in their job performance. Act as liaison between staff, patients, and the medical community. Promote and direct assigned team regarding quality of care and safety of patients and staff. Engage in thorough problem resolution and complaint investigation. Provide in-services to staff to promote patient health and safety, familiarize staff with regulatory issues and agency policy, and address identified educational needs. Qualifications At least four years of full‑time RN experience or equivalent. Current RN licensure in the state of practice. Minimum one year of clinical experience. Current CPR certification. Current driver’s license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
