This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and execution someone who can design compelling marketing assets while also managing timelines, campaigns, reporting, and day-to-day coordination across multiple locations.

As a Retail Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives across assigned markets, including campaign creation, promotional scheduling, social media management, content development, and performance reporting.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
• Design promotional graphics, marketing assets, and campaign materials
  
• Build and execute email and text marketing campaigns
  
• Manage promotional scheduling and e-commerce platform updates
  
• Create and publish social media content across assigned accounts
  
• Track campaign performance and assist with KPI reporting
  
• Support store openings, local activations, and on-site marketing events
  
• Coordinate with store teams, vendors, and leadership to support marketing initiatives
  
• Maintain brand consistency and high-quality execution across all projects

• What Were Looking For:
  
• 24 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, content creation, or related fields
  
• Experience with email marketing, social media management, and campaign execution
  
• Strong design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
