Performs detailed or routine test technician duties, including testing Aerospace Hydraulic components, assemblies, and products to support the plant operations. This is a 1st shift position, Monday through Friday, 4:00 am to 2:00 pm.Role Responsibilities:Testing and Operation of Aerospace Hydraulic components, Electrical assemblies, and products, applying knowledge of mechanical components, Electrical, hydraulics, and hydraulic manifold assemblies.Record and analyze test data to determine if the product meets the Acceptance Test RequirementsCoordinates and participates in installing the unit or system to be tested in test fixtures, connecting valves, pumps, hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical controls, cabling, tubing, power source, and indicating instruments to determine compliance.While this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role. Other duties may be assigned to fulfill Donaldson's mission, vision, and strategic plan objectives.Minimum Qualifications:Education consisting of a high school diploma/GEDMinimum of three years of experience working in a test technician role in a manufacturing environment.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Mechanical/Electrical knowledge, hydraulic experienceStrong mechanical aptitudeSelf-starter motivated by completion of objectives tied directly to company goalsStrong attention to detail, decision-making skills, and problem-solving abilityDemonstrated ability to learn, understand, and uphold Customer and Company requirementsKnowledge of AS9100 or related Aerospace working environment (preferred)Experience in complex parts and production operationsHourly Rate: $21.31Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.Employee benefits are part of the competitive total rewards package that Donaldson Company, Inc. provides to you.
