Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) located in an outpatient setting, this role involves evaluation and development of treatment plans for assigned patients. Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans according to patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and supervision of therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring effective return to community activities. Emphasizes education for patients, families, and staff, along with adherence to organizational safety and quality standards.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, one (1) year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, and 6 months of desired experience in outpatient therapy.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations utilizing clinical reasoning, develops and adjusts treatment goals, documents promptly and accurately, and ensures all treatments are conducted under signed, valid physician orders within insurance approvals. Participates in student training, pursues ongoing professional development, adheres to regulatory standards, maintains licensure, and fosters quality improvement initiatives.
