Leasing Professionals are often the first people prospective residents meet when considering one of our communities. You'll help create a great first impression while supporting the leasing process and providing excellent service to prospective and current residents. What You'll Do Greet and assist prospective residents, visitors, and callers Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes and community amenities Build relationships with prospects and follow up on their interest Assist with applications, lease documentation, and the leasing process Maintain accurate prospect and resident information Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents Support the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming and professional community Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Schedule Expectations Leasing Professionals work a five-day schedule that includes every Saturday. Sunday availability may also be required based on community needs and occupancy. What We're Looking For Friendly, engaging, and professional communication Strong customer service skills Confidence interacting with people Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and follow through Basic computer skills Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or leasing experience is a plus Why Gaines Investment Trust?
