We are seeking a dedicated full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to support our oncology clinical team and physicians. In this role, you will collaborate closely with providers and clinical staff to educate, support, and advocate for our hematology and oncology patients. This is a highly rewarding and dynamic position that offers continuous professional growth and learning opportunities. Our clinic is home to eight providers who care for patients daily, creating a collaborative and fast paced environment. Clinic hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.

Qualifications:

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
