Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and provide exceptional support to customers and sales professionals while working with teams across the organization. Key Responsibilities Process quotes, sales orders, warranties, returns, replacements, and freight claims. Provide customers and sales professionals with guidance on processes, terms, and warranties. Maintain strong knowledge of Orion products and services. Use Microsoft Dynamics AX, Salesforce, and other systems to support sales operations. Build positive relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, and other departments to meet customer needs. Participate in daily WIP meetings, training, and other company meetings. Ensure processes are followed, quality standards are met, and orders are processed accurately. Demonstrate Orion's core values of Member Centric, Integrity, Respect, Flexibility, and Customer Promise. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. At least 1 year of data entry experience. 1–3 years of customer service, claims, manufacturing, or related experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Customer-focused with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Electrical industry experience is a plus. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST. Occasional extended hours or overtime may be required with prior approval.
