This role in the Fiserv Debit Network group is the face of the business for both existing and new clients. Your responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer engagement, understanding and tracking all contractual commitments, communicating the value of the comprehensive Fiserv debit network solution, and managing SOWs and other professional services requests.What you will do:Develop and enhance client relationships with key clientsCollaborate with various teams to drive business growth and ensure anticipated contractual benefitsShare market insights with key clients and act as the escalation path for issue resolutionGenerate and analyze business review data on a regular basisManage SOWs and other professional services requestsSubmit and manage project requests to ensure completion within defined SLAsComplete quarterly business reviewsLead weekly conversations including all business and operationalTravel: 35%-50% What you need to have:5+ years of experience in managing large accounts, preferably in the banking industry 5+ years of experience in financial servicesAbility to travel up to 50% of the timeProficiency in MS Excel What would be great to have:Bachelor's degree or additional certifications in relevant fieldsExperience in the debit payments industrySponsorship: You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. How you will work:This role is on-site Monday through Friday in Milwaukee or Omaha.
