The Safety & Security Director is a strategic leader responsible for all safety and security aspects of the Royal Beach Club at Paradise Island. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for implementing crisis management documentation which include but are not limited to the Royal Beach Club Paradise Island Security Plan, Emergency Action Plan, Hurricane Plan, Medical Evacuation Plan, Lifeguard Operations Manual, and Guest Conduct Policy. The Safety & Security Director collaborates with the Royal Caribbean and Private Destinations Health, Safety, and Sustainability Teams and Global Security. This position must demonstrate strong leadership qualities, effective communication, and the ability to influence the organization's financial health and strategic direction. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company's Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
