HR Generalist: Payroll, Recruiting & HRIS

Goodwill Industries of Southwestern Michigan

Goodwill Industries of Southwestern Michigan is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage payroll processing, HRIS management, and various HR functions supporting the organization's mission. This is an in-person role in Chicago, IL, requiring strong attention to detail and hands-on payroll experience. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and is proficient in payroll administration and Microsoft Excel.
