Ideal Candidate Location Ideal Candidates are located in Milford, CT and willing to travel to surrounding areas as part of their daily work schedule. Work Schedule Monday to Friday 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm Monday to Friday 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, with Weekend Rotation Retention Bonus Earn up to $1,000 in retention bonuses! $500 at 3 months $500 at 6 months To qualify for the retention bonus, employees must: Maintain regular attendance with no unexcused absences during this period. Maintain a clean record, with no performance deficiencies or facility complaints on file. Remain in full compliance with the Employee Handbook, with no violations. All retention bonus payments are subject to meeting the eligibility requirements above.
