Billing SpecialistBilling SpecialistTriumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Billing team.This position reports to the Corporate Manager of Billing. This role is onsite and is based in our Somerville, MA, office.Responsibilities:Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure accurate billing setup (client purchase orders, invoice frequency, pricing, etc.)Create and review client invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers in accordance with contract terms and company policies.Have a working knowledge of customer price schedulesWork with account management and project administration teams to develop pricing for new services, goods and wastes based on sales strategyCoordinate with other roles/departments to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues in a timely manner.Work with New England Technical Services team to assist in filing, copying, scanning and answering the phone.Basic Requirements:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with both clients and internal stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.Detail oriented and accurateProblem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work as a team player.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorshipMust have a reliable form of transportationPreferred Requirements:Prior relevant industry experiencePrior successful experience in a customer service roleAssociate's degree preferredMinimum 1 years of experience in billing, customer facing and/or finance related fieldBesides Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, we contribute to a 401k, offer a generous tuition reimbursement program, safety training for some positions with opportunities for external trainings and certifications, Mentorship & Career Succession Planning, Relocation Opportunities, Auto/Home insurance discounts, pet assistance discount plans, discounted movie passes & more!Triumvirate Environmental is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
