Patient Care Tech PCT Nights

Position: Patient Care Tech Location: Temple, TX - Baylor Scott & White Health Schedule: Full-time Nights Opportunities available in: Med/Surg, Ortho, Neuro, Telemetry, Progressive Care, Observation, and Oncology Job Summary The Patient Care Technician handles various duties under a licensed nurse's supervision, helps deliver patient care, and meets family needs while following the care plan based on the patient's age and development stage. Responsibilities Collects and records patient data, including vital signs. Assists patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transferring. Responds to call lights and conducts regular patient rounds. Provides personal hygiene care and assists with patient clean‑up. Adheres to Baylor Scott & White policies and procedures. Performs glucose monitoring and collects specimens as requested. Supports multiple patients during each shift.
