Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Washington DC for a 1099 contractor role. You'll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients' homes with the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand.

Founded in Chicago, Pinch quickly became one of the top-rated med spas in the area. Now we're expanding throughout Washington DC, and we're looking for Founding Providers to lead the way in their local communities.

We cover the overhead malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support and pay top-of-market rates for every treatment. That means you focus on one thing: helping clients look and feel their best.

What It Means to Be a Founding Provider

Founding Providers are the first faces of Pinch in their communities the practitioners who help define what at-home aesthetics looks like from day one. As a Founding Provider, you will:

• Get first access to everything events, social media features, influencer partnerships, and new opportunities as they launch.
• Represent Pinch where you live building awareness with neighbors, businesses, and others in your community.
• Build your own book of clients treating a minimum of 5 clients per month, sourced from your personal network and community.

What You'll Do

• Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards.
• Build your client base treat clients from both Pinch marketing and your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars.
• Own your schedule work the hours that fit your life, averaging 1020 per week.
• Grow your business put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals.
• Run a polished practice manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records.
