NY Pie is looking for a Pizzeria Restaurant Manager at our Franklin location! We offer competitive pay at $25-$31 per hour . Pay is dependent upon skills and experience. This is a Full-time position.

NY Pie is a fun, family-style pizzeria with four Nashville area locations. We are looking for people with a Wild Hospitality mindset to add to our team! We offer the best New York style pizza in Nashville in a warm and friendly environment. We are proud to offer extraordinary customer service and are seeking people who can do the same. Oversees daily operations, staff performance, customer service, and financial goals to ensure a profitable and high-quality dining experience.

Key duties include:

Hiring, training, scheduling staff, inventory management, ensuring health compliance, and resolving guest issues. Blend leadership with operational efficiency to enhance profitability.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high quality of production, productivity, and customer service standards.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance while fostering a positive work culture.
• Customer Service: Maintain positive guest experiences by interacting with customers and handling complaints professionally.
• Financial Performance: Control operational costs, minimize waste, and meet financial targets through budgeting and revenue management.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including alcohol service policies.
• Inventory Control: Organize, order, and track restaurant supplies and inventory.
• Marketing & Growth: Support marketing efforts and local community engagement to enhance the restaurant's image.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven work experience as a restaurant manager, assistant manager, or in a similar role.
• Leadership: Strong team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems, scheduling software).
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of food and beverage trends, food safety practices, and budget management.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays, and to work on feet for long periods.
• Certifications: Must possess or be willing/able to secure proper service certification from the state (restrictions apply).
