Customer Support Representative

What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, order management, or a similar role Strong data entry and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environment is a plus, but not required Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP systems Self-motivated with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare quotes and provide updates on pricing, order status, and delivery timelines Partner with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve shipment and order issues Track open orders through completion and proactively communicate updates #J-18808-Ljbffr
